The Asteroid is a 1 DIN car radio without CD, with 3.2-inch color display on the front. This unit runs on Android and 3G thanks to a key (to be taken from an operator), it allows many services connected. It has Google Maps with navigation GPS antenna supplied, info traffic, safety cameras, and Internet radio. Many other services will come later. To play MP3 music, this handset has an SD slot, an auxiliary input and a USB port. Full Speed USB port lets you connect your iPod or iPhone to play music from Apple's music players. Specialist wireless, this handset also features Asteroid Bluetooth Handsfree and Bluetooth A2DP. Even better, this unit has the Parrot voice recognition, to search for a phone or a piece of music without releasing the steering wheel. For standard functions, it has an RDS tuner, an amplifier 4x55 Watts, 3 line outputs, an equalizer and a removable partial facade. The Parrot Asteroid will be sold in the first quarter of 2011 and will return in detail above!
