Chevrolet Cruze Car Audio Review

When one thinks of Chevrolet, we think on the big American V8 overpowered and greedy, but the American brand also offers a whole range of vehicles tailored to Europe. Offered at attractive rates, Cruze can drive sedan with a spacious enough and well enough equipped audio / multimedia.

The serial audio and optional navigation!

The Chevrolet Cruze was designed and developed for the global market, but particularly in Europe where it has been tested and developed. Without denying the style elements specific to the brand U.S., was to present a sedan more suited to the European market (small engine reasonable as a 2-liter Turbo Diesel), well equipped and accessible. The Cruze does not have the best sound system we've seen, but for a sedan with prices starting at less than 20,000 Euros, the audio system is quite nice.

The LS receives AM / FM radio with RDS tuner and CD player with MP3 capability. The unit is separated into two components: a control panel in the center of the center console and a monochrome display in the center of the dashboard. The system has of course a steering wheel for ease of use. The integrated amplifier kit feeds two separate channels at the front and a pair of HP 16 cm in the rear doors. For Front, the woofers are installed in doors, while the tweeters are taking place in the upright windshield.

A navigation system is optional on all versions

On the LT version, the car adopts a 6-CD changer in the front panel. More importantly, it has a USB port and an auxiliary input for connecting mobile sources. These jacks are placed in the center armrest, which can easily house his MP3 player. The rest of the system is identical to that of the LS. With its blue light, modern design, this unit of origin does not lack pace. As an option, whatever the version, the Cruze may get a browser with European maps on DVD. The display in the center of the dashboard is then replaced by a 7-inch color screen. Apart from the advantage of a built-in browser, the optional multimedia system is much more user-friendly color screen.

In the center armrest, it has a USB port for connecting an MP3 player

The navigation option deletes 6-CD changer, but since the system has a USB port, it's not embarrassing. In addition, this option is offered at an attractive price: 875 Euros. Series, Cruze also has a reversing radar sensor in the rear bumper. LEDs and an audible alert the driver when it approaches an obstacle. In short, for a car less than 20,000 Euros in the sedan segment, Chevrolet has been rather generous!

By adopting the blue to illuminate the dashboard, the Cruze is modern
