Porsche Panamera Car Audio Review

Like other luxury cars, Porsche has referred to a specialist of audio to fit the long-awaited Panamera. More focused on comfort, this 4-door sedan that looks like a stretched 911 is needed to provide a sound system worthy of his rank. She therefore appealed to Burmester!

A multimedia installation and audiophile!

Paragraph 1 If Aston Martin and Jaguar have used trademarks audiophile enough known to the general public (Bang & Olufsen, B & W), Porsche has chosen an audio specialist German lesser known but highly regarded for its products very upscale: Burmester! Since that time the Panamera is desired, it could happen with a conventional system. Burmester has done great things for this sport is also a real auditorium stock.

This audio system is available on request. The facility consists of 16 speakers specially designed for the Porsche sedan. Distributed in the cockpit, they allow each passenger to enjoy an exceptional listening. These speakers are powered by a 16-channel amplifier, also integrating the sound processing. This amp is rated at over 1000 watts.
Upon request, the passenger can receive an audio Burmester
Low frequencies are reproduced by a subwoofer powered by a Class D amplifier of 300 Watts. Built in the center of the dashboard, the source receives a new GPS and a beautiful touch screen to easily control all functions. The GPS provides a dual display with mapping the left and zoom in on the intersection on the right. In addition to radio and CD playback, this source also allows telephony.

Porsche also designed for rear passengers. Optionally, each front seat can accommodate a video monitor with DVD player. This video system also includes an auxiliary audio / video and a USB port for connecting other sources such as a games console or MP3 player. However, integration is not successful. The system may be efficient, but this piece is too added. Too bad there is still room to insert it into the seat. But in terms of an option, Porsche decided to add a system easily, like many other automakers. Like what, a nice integration remains a work of installation specialist. The Panamera will go on sale later this summer, so we'll surely the chance to talk in more detail.

The integration of video with the rear seats lack frankly aesthetic
