Following the current trend, Kicker starts to turn into digital amplification. At the show's AMICOM Leipzig, Kicker presented in preview its range IX.
Rectangular compact amps IX have a very simple design. It must be said that these amps are designed to be hidden under a seat or a side of the trunk. Integration is clearly the biggest advantage of Class D amps IX range includes three models: a 4-channel mono and two blocks.For functionality, all have an active filter and a slope corrector serious. Mono blocks have also a subsonic filter and an output line. Referenced IX500.1 IX1000.1 and they develop respectively 250 and 550 Watts RMS into 4 ohms. The 4 channel IX500.4, delivers 4x75 watts RMS into 4 ohms. For now, prices we are not yet known, but these amps will arrive in early summer.
