Pioneer Avic-F9220BT, a special car multimedia for Ford

To meet the growing demand for OEM radios (built without modifying the car), Pioneer Ford declined a special version of the AVIC-F920BT that we introduced few months ago.
Avic-F9220BT baptized, this unit is compatible with Ford Special Vehicle Focus, S-Max, Galaxy, Mondeo, Transit and Tourneo. Having the general shape of the original Ford car radio, the AVIC-F9220BT mounts in the Ford specified, without need of modification. The unit includes the wiring and control OEM steering wheel. To distinguish themselves from the competition, the Pioneer model adopts a facade design specific, different from the original car radio. It's simple, modern and rather successful. To provide optimum picture quality, this post uses a WVGA screen resolution. The graphical interface has been reworked to make it even more user friendly. As Avic-F920BT, this model uses a navigation app specifically developed by Pioneer. To provide quick navigation, the European map is stored in flash memory of 4 GB TMC, assistant traffic lanes, traffic alerts, ..., all modern features are present guide. This handset can also use the iPhone application NavGate Feeds. For multimedia, this unit is truly complete. It has a USB port, a Micro SD reader, iPod control with display of album covers, a hands-free Bluetooth Parrot, an audio / video, a DivX-compatible DVD player, ... Added to this are all functions classics such as the RDS tuner, integrated amplifier, the output lines ... So a relatively complete, but we regret that the iPod cord is an option. The Avic-F9220BT 1983 USD is sold.
