Chevrolet Miray, The futuristic



Presented for the first time the general public at the Seoul Motor Show in March, the concept Chevrolet Miray (a Korean word which means 'future') is a roadster that in a modern reinterpretation of some stylistic features typical of Chevrolet on the tradition of making sport of the house . The Miray is characterized by the aerodynamic fuselage reminiscent of modern fighters, the side with a wedge of carbon fiber and fiberglass. The grid is defined by the split headlights with LED daytime running lights for the new. The designers decided to show the various directions in an original way, with a rear projection system on the instrument panel. The propulsion system "semi-electric" of Miray, mainly positioned behind and below the driver, was designed to maximize performance and consumption. The two front electric motors from 15 kW are powered by a lithium ion battery that is charged by the 1.6 kW brake energy regeneration.


The turbocharged 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine mounted behind the driver's seat is associated with electric motors to enable a sporty driving.
