A preview of the Frankfurt Motor Show to be held in a few days, we reveal the new concept car from Citroen: the Tubik, a minivan / MPV for the pleasure of traveling with your family. Never run out of inspiration after the revolt and Boosts, Citroën to the DNA of this concept car in the famous van Type H (more commonly known as Tube). Of course, in the Tubik, Citroën is heavily loaded with onboard electronics and resolutely turned towards the high-tech!
The minivan high-tech!
Tubik This new course has nothing to do with the famous utility (workhorse that has served the whole of France), but it is much more than a minivan. Under its modern style and high-tech (some style elements reminiscent of the previous concept cars), the Tubik contains an operator's high-tech living room and a real "Lounge" for passengers. A true invitation to travel with friends or family, can carry up Tubik 9 people in comfort and remarkable versatility. The rear seats are real convertible sofas to leisure (pivot, folding table in the center, stretch in bed, ...). And luggage, because there is no travel without luggage. No problem, hold a discreet and smart can take everything you need. But most impressive is probably the high-tech equipment of the vehicle.

Forgot screens headrest or overhead monitor, an ultra-thin OLED screen descends from the ceiling to provide the home theater to the rear passenger. Set in a sort of half-moon called Cyclotron, the driver is a bit isolated from other passengers, but it has all the comforts of high-tech to carry its passengers to correct destination. Central nervous system is of course a multimedia smartphone for navigation, connectivity to the Internet, telephony, music playback, ... It gives access to the Internet portal Multicity Citroën for optimized routes based on their needs. Screen in the steering wheel, head-up display, the driver is installed in a real aircraft cockpit.

High-tech forces, the side mirrors are replaced by cameras and a video screen. Other technology and that's a first in a car, a fingerprint reader identifies the driver. No details have been given, but the course has Tubik a hi-fi with spatial sound. High-tech, highly successful a design point of view, the Tubik will undoubtedly be one of the great stars of the Frankfurt Motor Show 2011!
