Chevrolet Colorado Rally, double cabin and chassis concept with all-wheel drive




Every inch of the body concept of the Rally Colorado crew cab and chassis with four-wheel drive, presented at the International Motor Show in Buenos Aires, is a message of strength. Intends to communicate the most authentic and has been designed keeping in mind the category rallies. The large headlights with LED lights, the typical split grille Chevrolet, a carefully shaped bonnet and muscular fenders fiberglass define the front of Colorado. Two additional lights placed in the top edge of the roof and the side mirrors, windows rally in acrylic with air vents and front and rear tow hooks emphasize the characteristics of off-road vehicle. The Colorado Rally Concept features a 2.8 liter turbo diesel engine and two 5.5-hp winches placed in the front and rear bumpers.

The body of Colorado is painted with three coats of pearl white and splashes of particles 'gold', while the roof and bumper, roll bar, and stylized the inside of the cargo floor that houses the spare wheel and tool boxes are black plastic. The other side of the load floor has two large openings to improve aerodynamics and allow for better rear view. Inside, designers have focused on ergonomics, safety and functionality. The interior is dominated by dark gray, in pleasant contrast to the roll-over cab silver and other metallic components of cell survival. Passengers are placed on a neoprene-covered seats with orange stitching, while the upper part of the instrument panel is made of leather.

A high-performance wheel designed to allow aggressive grip helps the driver to take the vehicle on even the roughest terrain. An LED display acts as a speedometer. To find the right path is being attended by a satellite navigation system positioned in front of the copilot. The five-point safety belts are attached directly to the Colorado cell survival. Other interior features:
