New Amp from MB Quart, The DSC 2000.1


At the show Car + Sound, the renowned German brand introduced new MB Quart amplifiers in the range of Discus.

To meet the expectations of fans of big powerful bass, the range Discus (entry level) welcomes new monoblocks. In fact, previous models were modest power. The DSC 2000.1, presented in photo, develops 1000 Watts RMS into 2 Ohms; enough to animate large subwoofers 38 cm. To effectively set the subwoofer channel, this amp has a low pass active filter, a subsonic filter, a serious correction and remote control. 2000.1 The DSC also has a line out to lead another amplifier. These new amps are marketed in the spring.

MB Quart Nano series, A new range amplifiers

It is still room Car + Sound, we had discovered this new line of MB Quart amplifiers. The Nano series has been designed to meet the needs of integrations.
These new amps are much more compact than other models in the range. This will greatly facilitate their integration under a seat or in a corner of the cabin. Nano range includes 3 models of amplifiers. 2 and 4 channels operate in Class A / B, while Mono block subwoofer channel uses technology Class D For the feature, all have a crossover adjustable. The block also has a single subsonic filter to prevent low frequencies too. The power of 2 channels (NSC2100) is 2x100 Watts. The 4-channel (NSC475) develops 4x75 Watts, while the mono block (NSC750) boasts 300 Watts. For all it's RMS power into 4 ohms. Prices are respectively of 232, 314 and 396 USD, which is very affordable for young enthusiasts of car audio.
