Citroen C-Cactus, Car Audio Review

Propose a small sedan fun, economical and ecological, that is the challenge of this new concept car to mark the rafters! With a hybrid mechanical / HDI, the C-Cactus a fuel consumption and CO ² emissions very low. The most interesting for us is of course its innovative multimedia device.

Multimedia made easy!

The other strong point of this concept car is the sharp decrease in the number of parts used to build the car. Thus, the carrier has less than 200 pieces, usually more than double cons. Citroën has used privileged organs and several wiped the board in favor of a digital display in the fixed hub steering wheel.

All commands from the dashboard are grouped in the central hub of the wheel. At the top of the center console, touch screen provides access to climate controls to the onboard computer and browser active.

More radio into the C-Cactus, the key is actually a touch screen MP3 player that is inserted into the fixed hub steering wheel. Once it is recognized by the car, we can then start. The sound will be issued through active speaker premium. These have been integrated into the center console for the sake of simplicity of installation. An unusual position that we are curious to listen.

Ecology and economy does not mean sadness, Citroen has made every effort to deliver a car of the future with a futuristic design and warm. Being an environmentally friendly vehicle, it is perfectly recyclable and uses a lot of natural materials (cork, wool, ...). Caraudiovideo.com remember above all the sound design. At a time when it would not go without their favorite music in your pocket is the key to making the player and plays music in the car! Functional and well thought out, this streamlined audio system helps reduce the cost of the car, since it could be priced at an entry-level C4. But requires passion, we still prefer a true classic car! The C-Cactus will be featured on Citroen's stand at the Frankfurt show.
