From a usability standpoint, Zeneca has really made great progress: whatever the source, the ZE-NC2040 is very pleasant to use. To nitpick a little, we would love to be able to customize the home screen (wallpaper, icons move) as it does on a smartphone. We find that this course has been the strength of Zeneca: a screen with excellent image, color, contrast and light. Watching movies on this handset is a treat. The DVD offers very good audio quality. This is perhaps not an audiophile player, but the musicianship is very good and sufficient for a large majority. The integrated amplifier provides a very good dynamic. If using HP quality live music well and it helps to have some fun without getting into a complicated setup. That said, this handset with a 5.1 output and Dolby Digital, we will opt instead for a film installation.

Mapping aesthetics, speed, accuracy, ease of use, the browser is excellent

The Bluetooth feature does not pose any problem. It's Parrot, nickel and it works it took us a few seconds to pair our phone to the car radio. The directory is then loaded into the device and the ZE-NC2040 makes calls in comfort without changing their mobile phone. The call quality is very good, but it is better to use the microphone supplied with the remote device. Mobile source control as the SD card and USB is no problem. The interface is well designed, and it flows easily into different folders of digital media. Both can play audio files, photo and video. IPod control is also compatible with the latest generation of which the famous Apple iPhone.

Of course, it has all the features of modern GPS. Ultimately, to be demanding, we would have liked solved Live services currently found on PND communicating. Anyway, today it offers no source, we can not blame the Zeneca.

The opinion 

For owners of Golf 4, Audi A4 B6 Audi A6 C5, this handset is really a must. It will be perfectly integrated to the board, respecting the original design and allowing installation without modification. The benefits are comprehensive and the handset is evolving. Of all the sources, the performances are very good. Our only real regret is the lack of displaying album covers. In short, nothing really important. Situated less than 1100 Euros, the ZE-NC2040 gives excellent value for money and has a very good value for money. And more so, as this unit is evolving to realize a multimedia installation at the top!

Zenec ZE-DVBT50, a new digital tuner

From a usage point of view, no big surprise since we found the E> GO. Overall, the various sources are used very easily without having to read the manual. Only the settings of housing services may need to read the manual. Overall, this handset has good ergonomics and user-friendly. No need to represent the new browser running IGO 8: speed, accuracy, ease of use, it's a safe bet. Note some bugs in the voice Text-To-Speech, but they are not specific to Zenec, they were already observed on other products using the same software. That said, these little bugs are not bad and does not interfere with the guidance. We particularly appreciate the mapping that provides aesthetics and readability. The touch screen allows the direct adjust as desired. Mobile source control work without worries, but it's really a shame not to enjoy the album covers, be it iPod or USB media.
